Maribel Cano joined LightHouse SSC in April 2017 and is responsible for the Office Management and HR duties working directly under LHSCC’s President & CEO Karyn Young-Lowe. Before joining LHSSC, Maribel had over 10 years’ experience in various operational and HR roles as well as over 10 years of customer’s service including retail management. Prior to joining LHSSC, she worked as an Onsite HR representative for a nationwide staffing agency where her key responsibilities included: benefits administration, employee relations, on boarding to include recruitment and orientation, policy implementation and employment law compliance. She enjoys growing in our organization and is committed to fulfil her long term goals with LightHouse SSC.
