What We Do

LightHouse Adult Re-Entry Programs

The LightHouse Adult Re-Entry Programs provide rental assistance and employment services to individuals formerly incarcerated in state prison, who are homeless in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  The program focuses on securing and maintaining housing for individuals released within the last year who are under the supervision of parole or post release community supervision. The program also works to secure employment and provide employment support services for program participants. 

Target Population: Formerly incarcerated individuals residing in the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino.

 Program Goal: The goal of the program is to assist participants in acquiring permanent stable housing and employment to remain stably housed after the Adult Re-Entry temporary assistance ends.

Services: Services offered from the rental assistance program include, Outreach, Housing Case Management, Housing Navigation Services, Assistance obtaining public benefits and limited temporary rental subsidy payment to:

Services offered through the employment program include Employment Case Management, Employment Navigation Services and employment support services.
